Discipling the next generation
The Crosspointe Youth Ministry offers many opportunities for young people to grow in their relationship with God by fostering Christ-like character, evangelizing the lost, and providing service opportunities in and through the church.
The Crosspointe Youth is an avenue of outreach and ministry to the youth in the Indianapolis community. In Acts 16:5, the Apostle Paul presents a worthy aim for such a metropolitan ministry when he reports of the status of Derbe and Lystra, “And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily.” It is this two-fold pattern, of discipleship and evangelism that we strive to emulate through our youth ministry. The heart-beat of our youth group is discipleship and evangelism. Paul describes discipleship as being “established in the faith” in Acts 16:5. Through the lessons and activities, the young believers who come to our youth group will be exposed to life-giving and life-changing truth of God’s Word which is the essence of a believer’s sanctification.
Evangelism is the second heartbeat of our ministry. We seek to spread the Gospel in our community (Acts 1:8; II Timothy 4:5; Matthew 28:19-20). Each week an emphasis is given to the teens about witnessing and bringing visitors to church. We strive to prepare our young disciples to become disciple-makers and to adequately be able to present the Gospel that the church may be, as Paul reports, "increased in number daily" for the glory of God.

At Crosspointe, we seek to provide the opportunity for young adults to connect spiritually and socially through weekly Bible study and regularly planned activities. If you are searching for a Christ-centered, Bible teaching, friendly singles ministry, we would love to have you visit us!

Counseling for women
At Crosspointe, our goal in providing Biblical Counseling is to help an individual face the challenges of life in a God-honoring way, that they might fully learn God’s love for them and His plans for their life. This is done by simply becoming more like Christ. We believe God’s Word is the best tool we have to guide individuals in a God-honoring manner through her problems and into a healthy walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. Turning Point is a counseling ministry of Crosspointe Baptist Church for women and young ladies, led by Kim Shadday. Kim received her Biblical Counseling Certification from NANC in April 2011 and a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Maranatha Baptist University in May 2019.
