A good question that many ask is “What can I expect if I visit Crosspointe Baptist Church?" Below are some statements that sum up a good answer to that question:
1. You will find a warm and friendly, Hoosier welcome from a cross-cultured church family who has come together from all walks of life. We believe the Bible and love people!
2. You will find that every visitor is an honored guest and is treated likewise.
3. You will be accepted with open arms and without prejudice! We thank the Lord for every person He brings our way! You may come as you are, but it is our prayer that you will not leave the same! We believe that “FAITH CHANGES LIVES!"
4. You will find evangelistic preaching that gives opportunity for the unsaved to accept Christ as their personal Savior, as well as, expository preaching that exhorts the believer and encourages them to apply Bible principles to their daily lives.
5. You will find conservative, traditional music that honors God and blesses the heart. We are not entertainers, but we are servants who seek to use our gifts and abilities for the glory of God, and not the praise of men.
6. You will find people who love the Lord and have a desire to be conformed into his image! People who are not perfect, but are personable, and seek to live holy as the Bible teaches.
7. You will find people who are Baptist without apology, who believe in The Baptist Distinctives, and who believe that the Bible is their rule of faith and practice!
8. You will find people with a heart and desire to build a New Testament Baptist Church on the west side of Indy that will offer to its members a place of worship and service that will glorify their Lord.
