Children's Ministries
NURSERIES
We offer clean, spacious, and comfortable nurseries for infants and toddlers. Our trained and caring nursery staff desires to love your child and make your worship experience at Crosspointe as enjoyable and worry free as possible. This will allow you to be actively involved in the ministry. We have an easy-to-use contact system available for all parents.
CHILDREN’S SUNDAY SCHOOL
At Crosspointe Baptist Church our goal is not to entertain, but to teach the Bible in a way that children will learn and remember throughout life. We have divided the department into 4 groups, by age, to best teach each level. The Sunday school teachers here at Crosspointe love children, and it shows in the many years of dedicated service to this ministry.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH
Our desire is to instill Bible truths and doctrine into the hearts of our children. We desire to see each child accept Christ as their Savior and to grow in their walk with Him. In children's church, we strive to produce a fun, Bible-based learning environment where all the children are able to participate and learn about God’s Word and how it applies to their daily lives. This is accomplished through singing, games, Bible lessons, Scripture memory, interaction, and a focus on the preaching and teaching of God’s Word. We do our best to make God’s Word exciting without compromising the truth of Scripture. Our children’s church ministries include beginners (ages 4, 5), primaries (grades 1, 2), middlers (grades 3, 4), and juniors (grades 5, 6).
Our desire at Crosspointe is to edify the whole family, which includes our ministry to children. Our children’s ministries are designed to be an extension of the home. We believe that the heart of a child can be turned to the Lord. We desire to bring children up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Eph. 6:4). Our caring children’s staff strives to exemplify Godly character traits and desires to make learning about God fun and exciting.
